Enjoy the seasonal charms of farming,
from strawberry picking to harvesting highland vegetables.

In the Aizu-Inawashiro area, there are tourist farms where visitors can experience seasonal crops amidst lush natural surroundings.
Through strawberry picking, vegetable harvesting, and discovering crops unique to the highlands, you can learn about the process of growing food and the importance of agriculture using all five senses.
At Aizu Inawashiro Tourist Farm, we introduce the unique features and hands-on activities of each farm to make it easier for school groups, educational trips, and local experience programs to utilize our facilities.

Michi-no-Eki-Mae Inawashiro Strawberry Farm

Located right next to the Inawashiro Bandai Kogen Interchange, this strawberry farm offers strawberry picking all year round.
Thanks to a state-of-the-art climate control system, you can enjoy strawberry picking in comfort no matter what season you visit.
In addition, we use elevated cultivation, so the strawberries remain free of soil and are clean—you can eat them right off the vine without washing them. You can also enjoy picking strawberries in a comfortable posture without having to bend over.
Our farm also cultivates rare strawberry varieties that are in season from summer through fall. Please savor the “Kogen no Ichigo Inawashiro Premium®,” a new variety known for its high sugar content and sweetness.
